At À-TOUT-ÂGE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. To be eligible for a return items must be in the same condition that they were received, and have tags attached. Items returned without tags or found to be worn or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer free shipping on returns and are not responsible if your returned item is lost on its way back to us. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your more expensive items. 


We will send you an email to notify you once we have receive and inspected your return. If your return is approved you will receive credit to your original form of payment within a few days.


Late or missing refunds:

If you have yet to receive your credit, please contact your bank or credit card company as it sometimes takes a few days for a return to process.
